RoHelp Water Purifier Service Center is an independent water purifier repair, installation, and maintenance service. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or authorized by Aquaguard, Kent, Pureit, AO Smith, LG, Livpure, Blue Star, or any other water purifier brand we service.

Information you give us directly, when you fill out our booking form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp:

• Mobile number
• Service address / area / locality
• Water purifier brand and the issue you’re facing
• Any other details you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically, when you visit our website or landing pages:

• We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our ads.
• We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel for similar purposes, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
• If you message us through WhatsApp Business, that conversation is logged and stored in our WhatsApp Business account.
• These tools may use cookies or similar technology to recognize your browser and collect data such as your approximate location, device type, and how you interact with our pages.

Information generated through your service history, once you’ve booked with us:

• Service and repair records
• Billing details for the service (amount paid, parts used, date of service)

• Schedule and dispatch a technician to your address
• Contact you to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on a booking
• Generate your service bill
• Honor warranty claims on repairs we’ve completed

We do not share your information with any other company for their own marketing purposes.

We keep your contact and service history so that:

• We can honor your service warranty
• We can send you future offers, if you haven’t opted out
